We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Webflow), booking and file

delivery system, accounting software, and payment processors

Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), which may process information outside New Zealand as part of providing these services

Real estate agents or vendors directly involved in a property booking, where relevant to delivering the service

Government agencies or other parties, where required by lawSome of these providers are based overseas (including the United States), meaning your information may be processed outside New Zealand. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected consistently with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. Delivered photography and media files are generally available on our server for 60 days before being archived. Booking, invoicing, and account records may be retained for longer periods to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected if it's wrong. To do this, contact us at hi@inhousenz.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your personal information, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
